| Quick Labor Calculators > Scenario Manager |
Scenarios are a distillation of your current space inventory and a snapshot of the current area types, task frequencies, and productivity assumptions. The total square feet (or meters) cleaned by area type is also saved. However, you may modify the total area, the task base times, and even the productivity assumptions. Two sets of task frequencies are created that are initially equal to your actual current settings—but either set can be modified.

| Quick Labor Calulators > Common Tasks |
This calculator focuses on any task in any area type. With it, you can
analyze very quickly the impact of changing frequency or improving
efficiency.

| Quick Labor Calulators > Projects Tasks |
To get the actual time for any actual project task, this report is
used. It is activated from the Labor Estimates menu by the Project
Task Quick Look command. The report shows time and costs associated
with any project task.

| Quick Labor Calulators > Labor By Tasks |
The Labor By Task menu choice is a quick way to determine which tasks have the most impact on your labor requirements.
| Labor Estimates > Summary Analysis |
The Summary Analysis function on the Labor Estimates menu gives you a way to see the yearly staffing needs along with costs and hours based on all your settings, daily productive minutes, average annual days worked and hourly labor cost. The report summarizes and covers all sites in the current institution.

| Labor Estimates > Five Levels Of Clean |
There are two flavors of Five Levels of Clean analysis and reports. The purpose of the Five Levels of Clean analysis on the Area Types & Tasks menu is to show you have FTE requirements change as the degree of cleanliness changes. They calculate your predicted staffing requirements based on the five levels of cleanliness. It also takes your actual cleaning frequencies (a rollup of shift 1-3 routine and project) and calculates a predicted level of clean—which can then be audited.

There are five Quick Calculators on the Labor Estimates Menu. Of them, the most powerful is called Scenario Manager. It is arguably the most powerful tool in the entire program. In all cases, while you start with any task, you may modify the task and then quickly see how the change affects labor needs.
Scenario Manager
Scenarios are a distillation of your current space inventory and a snapshot of the current area types, task frequencies, and productivity assumptions. The total square feet (or meters) cleaned by area type is also saved. However, you may modify the total area, the task base times, and even the productivity assumptions. Two sets of task frequencies are created that are initially equal to your actual current settings—but either set can be modified.
Once the scenario is created, it is divorced from your space inventory. So, subsequent changes in your areas cleaned, tasks frequencies and area types used are not reflected in the old scenarios. Likewise, any changes you make here to frequencies or total area do not affect anything in the database proper.
