Based on data entered into the other modules you can easily create inspection records. You associate the inspection record with an inspection zone, supervisor, area and tasks.

| Inspection > Manage Inspection Criteria |

If the default task classifications (floor, vertical surfaces, etc.)
used as general criteria are not suitable, this window will allow
changing them to specific criteria:
Here, all area types using the task are shown. They can be changed as a group by selecting another criterion from the drop-down list.

| Inspection Reports By Employees |

Graphs are available within any date range, as well as summary and detailed record reports. The window is similar to the Inspection Reports By Supervisory Zone except that rather than a Pass/Fail Report an Inspection Fail Report button option is shown. The Inspection Fail Report can be set to any date range, but it's primary purpose for most users is to check an employee's work over a short date range (often yesterday) for the purpose of re-inspection.

ManageWize Cleaning Management Software™ allows creation of paper forms for collecting data or, optionally, supports Pocket PC data collection. Inspections are done
using task classifications, such as "Floors", or inspection criteria for individual tasks, such as "Scuff Marks" and these are weighted to reflect the actual time spent on the task. The inspection grading is done on the same 1-5 system used for the cleanliness levels, or you may use pass/fail systems where 1-3 is a passing and 4-5 are considered failing.

Add/Edit/Delete Supervisory Zones Supervisory zones group work assignments together for record creation and analysis.
Just as employees are associated with work assignments, employees are associated with supervisory zones. Using this function, the supervisor associated with a zone can be changed and work assignments "moved" from one zone to another.
