Q: What are the system requirements for your software?
A: You'll need at least a Pentium 266 (or AMD 300) MHz. Processor and 64 MB of RAM. We designed the screens for a monitor with a resolution of at least 800 by 600 pixels. The software runs on all versions of Windows from Win 98 up to Win XP Depending on the size of your database, you may find more memory, a faster processor and/or a faster hard drive system will help, especially when you get beyond a few million square feet and 4000 room records.
The installation requires a minimum of 40 MB on your C drive and another 120 MB either on it, or another drive.
Our installation consists purely of components licensed from Microsoft Corporation™ and included in their Microsoft Office Developer’s Kit (MOD V1.5). These components include a runtime version of Microsoft Access 2000™ and associated support files. Thus, you can assure your IS people that the program is state-of-the-art and will not damage your computer.
Our installer was purchased from Wise (Canton, MI) a highly respected third party vendor of installation software and controlled by a SageKey script developed in Canada. It ensures that the runtime installation of Access we install is isolated from any other versions of Access on your machines and will not interfere with their operation.
Q: What is my return on investment?
A: The amount you can save in productivity gains exceeds implementation costs by several orders of magnitude—call us for our ROI analysis spreadsheets—we can help you justify the investment with facts and figures your business office will appreciate.
Q: What if I don't like your software?
A: Then pay nothing. When you install your software it will operate for 30 days, or open 25 times whichever comes first, before requiring a product activation key. Once the activation key is issued, the price in not refundable—but you should be able to decide in that time. If you have already paid, but not requested an activation key, just request and you will receive a refund, then uninstall it and no harm done.
Q: I'm afraid of giving information over the internet,
how can I know if you're legitimate?
A: Call us and we'll give you references, facility managers at major companies and institutions all over the planet. We can provide the best of references. Or just send us a PO and we’ll do it the old fashion way.
Our shopping cart is secure. That means all the information is encrypted so even the best criminals can't get at it. We haven't had a single problem with it, ever.
Finally, we hate Spam as much as you do--we promise we will never share your confidential information with anyone. Period. Never. Ever. (See our Privacy Policy) We also won’t plaque you with business proposals, or other commercial bunk. We don’t need to. We may notify you of upgrades, or check occasionally to see how you’re doing, but that’s it.
Q: What makes your software different?
A: We've worked very hard to make ManageWize Cleaning Management Software™ easy to use. We know your time is valuable. Most users are able to become fairly proficient with the software in 6-8 hours.
Unlike competing software, our program allows you to analyze time and costs associated with 5 levels of clean, from #1 (Orderly Spotlessness) to #5 (Unkempt Neglect). These theoretical levels differ in how frequently the tasks are performed (from twice daily to never, for example). So, say your boss tells you to cut 10% of your staff--you can show him the impact it will have in terms he can understand. If you're a contractor, you'll be in the unique position of bidding by giving your customers a choice of cleanliness level.
The small private nature of our business allows us to be extremely responsive and flexible. If you need something special we can provide it. For example, we can work with you to create automatic or semi-automatic synchronization with your main frame based space inventory files. If you need a report or find some function we lack—let us know and we’ll get it incorporated into the software, and often free-of-charge.
